FOIA 22-26842-F requested materials related to all requests for information, analyses, summaries, assessments, transcripts, or similar records submitted to any Intelligence Community member agency or any officer, employee, or representative thereof by former National Security Advisor Susan Rice regarding any actual or suspected communications between any member of the Trump presidential campaign or transition team and any official or employee of the Russian government or any individual acting on behalf of the Russian government, from January 1, 2016 to January 20, 2017.

This FOIA primarily contains emails. The emails include news articles and responses to those news articles sent to or from Susan Rice. It should be noted that many of the documents in this FOIA have been closed due to National Security classification and/or exemptions of the Freedom of Information Act. An additional portion of classified records related to this request has not yet been processed. Records will be provided as they become available.
