This FOIA primarily contains photographs of President Obama delivering remarks marking the 10th anniversary of ODNI at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence in McLean, Virginia on April 24, 2015; President Obama and Vice President Biden participating in a counterterrorism threat briefing; and President Barack Obama delivering remarks to NCTC staff at the National Counterterrorism Center in McLean, Virginia, both on December 17, 2015.
