This FOIA primarily contains photographs of President Barack Obama attending the Senate Democratic Caucus in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building on May 11, 2011; participating in a Q&A during the Senate Democratic Retreat at the Westin Annapolis Hotel in Annapolis, Maryland on February 6, 2013; dropping by a meeting with senators in Chief of Staff Denis McDonough’s West Wing office on April 11, 2013; hosting a dinner with a bipartisan group of women senators in the Blue Room on April 23, 2013; and meeting with women Members of Congress in the Roosevelt Room on March 12, 2014.  There are photos of President Obama meeting Senator Gillibrand in the Oval Office on June 18, 2014.  There are also photos of First Lady Michelle Obama attending a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Metropolitan Museum of Art American Wing in New York City on May 18, 2009.

The Executive Office of the President (EOP) instance of the Electronic Records Archive (ERA) contains electronic records created or received by Obama administration staff. These records are stored in Search and Access Sets (SAS) that represent their originating computer program, such as Exchange Email or the Worker and Visitor Entry System (WAVES). In addition to records captured from the White House’s electronic systems, EOP-ERA also contains records from the home and shared drives used by White House staff.
