FOIA 24-09538-F.2 requested all photographs of President Obama or Vice President Biden in the Situation Room, as well as associated date/time groups and metadata of the photo.  

This segment of the FOIA contains photo metadata for the Situation Room photos that were released through FOIAs 24-19302-F, photos Sahar Nowrouzzadeh appeared in as a member of the National Security Council (NSC) from 2014 to 2016; 24-25186-F, photos from NSC meetings in the Situation Room from July 2015 through the end of the administration; 25-21833-F, photos of the Beliveau family, and 22-27458-F, photos from January 1, 2014, through May 1, 2014, related to Ukraine, Crimea, Russia, or Putin.

It should be noted that many of the photographs in this FOIA have been closed due to National Security classification and/or exemptions of the Freedom of Information Act.

In addition to records captured from the White House’s electronic systems, EOP-ERA also contains records from the home and shared drives used by White House staff.
