This FOIA primarily contains photographs of President Obama delivering the commencement address during the graduation ceremony at Lake Area Technical Institute in Watertown, South Dakota, on May 8, 2015.  There are photos of President Obama participating in a photo line before and greeting people on the tarmac at the Watertown Regional Airport after the commencement.
