This case primarily contains correspondence, investigative materials, news articles, notes, reports, and working papers. These materials are from the Interagency Security Classification Appeals Board (ISCAP) files and consist of materials related to classification appeals and mandatory declassification reviews received by ISCAP on prepublication reviews, military handbooks, military information disclosures, and case files of classification challenges that were presented to the panel. 

It should be noted that many of the documents in this FOIA have been closed due to National Security classification and/or exemptions of the Freedom of Information Act.
