FOIA 24-38489-F requested White House Communications Agency (WHCA) video footage filmed during President Obama’s visit to Moscow, Russia. 

This FOIA primarily contains footage of President Obama at the Parallel Civil Society Summit at the Metropol Hotel, and the New Economic School graduation ceremony at Gostiny Dvor. First Lady Michelle Obama accompanied at the graduation ceremony. There is also footage of pool sprays of President Obama meeting with Prime Minister Vladimir Putin at Putin’s dacha, and
President Dmitry Medvedev at the Kremlin.
