NGC21-003.2 requested materials related to records mentioning Executive Order 13526 § 1. 7 or § 1.8, or any subsection thereof.

This case primarily contains correspondence, investigative materials, news articles, notes, reports, and working papers. These materials are from the Interagency Security Classification Appeals Board (ISCAP) files and consist of materials related to classification appeals and mandatory declassification reviews received by ISCAP on prepublication reviews, military handbooks, military information disclosures, and case files of classification challenges that were presented to the panel.

FOIA 22-26840-F.7 requested materials related to all requests for information, analyses, summaries, assessments, transcripts, or similar records submitted to any Intelligence Community member agency or any officer, employee, or representative thereof by former National Security Advisor Susan Rice regarding any actual or suspected effort by the Russian government or any individual acting on behalf of the Russian government to influence or otherwise interfere with the 2016 presidential election, from January 1, 2016 to January 20, 2017.

This FOIA primarily contains memorandums, press releases, news articles and letters sent to or from Susan Rice related to cybersecurity and Russia’s involvement in influencing the 2016 election. All of the material proposed for opening is unclassified.

President Obama met with civil rights leaders in the Roosevelt Room of the White House on February 18, 2016.
